The Promise of a Powerful Education
The Arts & Ethics Academy,
now in our third year, is an innovative public charter high school in Santa Rosa,
California. Under the umbrella of the Santa Rosa City School district we are administered by Routes For Youth, a successful California
non-profit [501(c)(3)] agency 
first organized in 1985.
We believe that all young people want to learn. Rich, positive relationships in healthy environments develop self-motivated, competent lifelong learners.
A Place of Possibilities
It is the mission of the Arts & Ethics Academy to create a small, incredibly vibrant learning environment of excellence where young minds connect, create, explore and thrive. This is a community that engages in a dialogue about what is possible for young people—all young people—not just some. AEA integrates curriculum, ethical themes and community service. It is our goal for every student to succeed one hundred percent.
